Every themed outcome page now keeps its authored palette even when an action fails, refuses or redirects, rather than dropping the reader into a generic shell at the moment the answer matters most. Underneath those visible changes, authority got sharper boundaries. A sensitive local session is valid only for the scope the external Obelisk Gate granted; VEILOS still does not issue identity or invent a competing trust system. Outbound OpenID Connect traffic is constrained by a declared egress covenant instead of inheriting ambient network permission. Production deployment can no longer skip exact-build convergence, live smoke, durable outcome recording or approval reconciliation after a provider write. Intelligence work now records workload, model lane, latency, token and cache evidence without exposing prompts or private content, making cost and capacity claims measurable. Finally, the startup manifest now refreshes the system's current capabilities instead of quietly presenting an old map as today's world. No new dependency, paid service, provider resource, destructive operation or cost increase was introduced.
