A living system is not the number of organs it owns. It is what those organs actually transform. This ledger follows the causal path from arrival to memory, learning, falsification, response, and constraint—and says “never observed” when the record has not earned a stronger verb.
How to audit this
Every number names its durable source and evidence age. “Counted eviction” means the bounded live ring released an older row while the write guard preserved the lifetime count; it never means an estimate. This projection reads no identity or content.
